You are the expert in your life, holding the inner resources needed for healing and transformation. While I bring a clinical background to our work, it’s your lived experience, wisdom, and unique perspective that guide the process. Together, we’ll merge your expertise with my role as a guide, forming a partnership on this journey.

I am a person of mixed ancestry, rooted in a rich blend of cultures. My family is deeply connected to Tejano traditions, with lineage tracing back to Indigenous Texas/Mexico, Spanish, and Italian origins. These origins are important to me because they are the threads that connect me to the healing remedies used by my ancestors. I grew up in Poth, Texas, a small rural community near San Antonio, and while I’ve lived in various parts of Texas as an adult, San Antonio and its surrounding areas have always been my true home.

I’m active and love being outdoors as often as possible. I'm often on the move hiking, wandering through thrift stores, or discovering hidden treasures in rock shops around San Antonio. I attend as many live music shows as I can. For me, live music holds nearly as much healing power as a good session with my therapist.
