Internal Family Systems Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps you explore and understand your inner world. It views your inner world as a system of distinct “parts,” each with unique roles, experiences, and intentions—all working together to keep you functioning and alive.
Much like members of a family, these parts coexist within you. For example, one part might carry the weight of being an exhausted caregiver, while another part may work tirelessly to avoid pain or discomfort. IFS therapy honors and accepts every part of who you are, no matter its role.
Through this compassionate and transformative process, you’ll begin to recognize the parts of yourself that are seeking relief, support, or healing. This work allows you to connect more deeply with yourself, fostering greater harmony within and enriching your relationships with others and the world around you.
Attachment and Relationship-Based Interventions
Attachment and relational interventions offer a space to explore how you show up in relationships with others. This approach honors your lived experiences by gently and curiously revisiting your early relationships.

Together, we’ll explore what safety, connection, and emotional attunement looked like in your early years. We’ll also reflect on how these formative experiences may be influencing your relationships today. By tending to the wounds created by unmet needs, this work supports healing and growth, helping you cultivate healthier, more fulfilling connections—both with yourself and others.
Equine-Assisted Therapy
at Courage Ranch
Equine-assisted therapy offers a unique opportunity to partner with horses and donkeys as you explore what a healthy, connected partnership means to you. Grounded in the Natural Lifemanship framework, this approach recognizes relationships as the vehicles for deep and lasting change.
Through this work, you’ll have the chance to heal from trauma and relational wounds in a supportive and embodied way. Equine-assisted therapy is especially meaningful for those who feel drawn to being outdoors, surrounded by nature and animals.
